French trimmed chicken legs in Shepton house rub

Ingredients

• Field & Flower Chicken Legs, Bone-In
• Field & Flower Shepton House Rub
• Lemon, halved and grilled
• Handful of parsley, chopped
• Harissa spices, sprinkle

Instructions

1. The night before your BBQ, French trim the chicken legs by cleaning the end with a knife. Score the chicken legs and marinate them overnight in our Shepton Rub, harissa spices and lemon juice.

2. On the day of eating, heat up your BBQ until the coals have turned white.

3. Place the legs onto indirect heat and turn regularly for 40 minutes until evenly cooked. Place your temperature probe into the chicken, once the centre has reached 75ºC, your chicken is cooked.

4. Meanwhile, part grill your lemon for a couple of minutes until charred and set aside for serving.

5. Plate up the chicken and sprinkle with the chopped parsley for the finishing touch and serve.
