Cooking a quick dinner doesn’t mean you have to miss out on something delicious. Ready in just 15 minutes, this beef stir fry is really easy – the pak choi just needs to go in right at the end to retain the crunch.

Ingredients
• 300g Field & Flower steak strips
• 1 small white onion, finely sliced
• 1 inch fresh ginger, finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed or finely chopped
• 1 red chilli. chopped
• 250g pak choi
• 2tbsp light soy sauce
• 1½tbsp sesame oil
• 1tbsp honey
• Olive oil
• Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
Instructions
1. Place a wok on a high heat and add a generous serving of oil. Wait until the oil is extremely hot before cooking.
2. While waiting for the oil to heat, in a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil and honey and set aside.
3. Add the onions to the pan, stir continuously for 2 minutes.
4. Add the steak strips and cook for a further 2 minutes.
5. Add the ginger, garlic and chilli and cook for a further minute with half of the soy, sesame and honey sauce.
6. Add the pak choi to the wok along with the rest of sauce, stir continuously and cook for a further minute.
7. Serve sprinkled with the toasted sesame seeds. Eat on its own or with noodles.
