We’ve done the marinating so you don’t have to! Fire up the coals and enjoy these skewers with a light salad.

Ingredients
• 2 packs of Field & Flower BBQ beef skewers
• 2 large handfuls watercress or rocket
• 1 handful baby tomatoes
• 2 spring onions
• ¼ cucumber
• 4tsp olive oil
• 2tsp white wine vinegar
• 1tsp honey
• 1tsp wholegrain mustard
• A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Light the BBQ and wait for the coals to turn white.
2. BBQ the skewers until lightly charred on the outside and the meat is cooked through. The skewers are already marinated in brown sugar, honey and soy sauce so don't need anything else.
3. While the skewers are cooking, it's time to make the salad and honey mustard.
4. In a jam jar pour together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, wholegrain mustard and salt. Screw on the lid and shake to mix well.
5. For the salad, chop and mix the baby tomatoes, spring onions and cucumber with the watercress/rocket and drizzle over your homemade dressing.
