Orders & Deliveries

Can I change my order?

As we take payment at the time of ordering it cannot be edited. If you’ve forgotten something, simply give the team a call on 0203 735 8005 or email [email protected] and they’ll do all they can to assist.

What time will my order arrive?

You’ll receive a delivery notification via text or email on the day of your delivery with a one-hour time slot. Our standard delivery window is between 8AM and 8PM.

My order hasn't arrived...

If there are any delays to your order we'll email or give you a call to let you know. If you haven't heard from us and your order hasn't arrived by 8PM please get in touch by emailing [email protected] or calling 0203 735 8005 (9am to 6pm Monday to Sunday) and we'll find out what happened.

Something is missing or wrong with my order...

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives fresh and to our highest standards. If there is something wrong with your order or the products you've received  please get in touch by emailing [email protected] or calling 0203 735 8005 (9am to 6pm Monday to Sunday) and we'll make it right.

Where can I find my previous orders?

To find your previous orders head to Order History in your account. This will list your previous orders, and you can see the products in the order, delivery address, payment method, and delivery date.

Managing Your Details

How do I amend my address?

To amend your address, head to Address Book in the account menu and click on Add New Address.

How do I amend my delivery instructions?

To update your delivery instructions, go to your Address Book. You'll see all your saved addresses. Click on Edit next to the address where you wish to change delivery instructions. At the bottom of the edit page there will be a text field where you can replace your previous instructions.

How do I change my email or password?

To change your email or password go to Account Details. Here you can update your name, email address and password.

How do I add a new card to my account?

To update your card details Payment Methods and click Change Payment Method. You can only have one card stored to your account at any time.
