This is a raw product that must be cooked. Store below 4°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day.

We always recommend using a meat thermometer and keeping an eye on the internal temperature, removing when it reads 75°C.

1. Remove your turkey joint from the fridge for a short time before you want to cook it to bring it up to room temperature.
2. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
3. Place the turkey into a roasting tray.
4. Roast the joint for 1 hr 20 mins - 1 hr 40 mins. If you have a meat thermometer, keep an eye on the internal temperature. Your bird will be cooked once the meat juices run clear from the thickest part of the bird.

The turkey crown was exceptionally good & worth paying extra for. It was so juicy & tender. I haven't eaten turkey in many years as its always been to dry & flavourless but now I will be eaten F&F turkey every year. Highly recommend this cut as not only is it beautiful to eat it is easy to cook & slice too.

I purchased a Turkey Breast joint this year rather than a whole turkey, due to limited space in my fridge. We were not disappointed, there was plenty for the 8 of us and it was succulent, moist and very tasty. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing again.
