One of our easy-carving Christmas joints, this free-range turkey breast is deboned then tied with bacon, which renders over the breast as it roasts. The result is a juicy and tender joint every time.


Our award-winning, free-range Bronze turkey is the best you can buy. Slow-reared for at least 6 months, our turkeys are free to roam all day outdoors along hilly woodlands from 8 weeks old, ensuring they reach full maturity for top-quality taste. We only source slow-growing, heritage breed Bronze turkeys for superior welfare and flavour from small-scale farms and independent farmers who are exceptionally passionate about what they do.

Turkey (90%), Streaky Bacon (10%) (Pork (95%), Water, Salt, Preservatives E220 & E252).

This is a raw product that must be cooked. Store below 4°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
Cooking times may vary depending on your oven. We always recommend using a meat thermometer and keeping an eye on the internal temperature, removing when it reads 72 degrees. Try pairing with any of our free-range stuffings or make your own using our free-range sausage meat.

1. Remove your turkey joint from the fridge 1 hour before you want to cook it.
2. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
3. Place the joint into a roasting tray.
4. Roast the joint for 40 minutes, keeping an eye on the internal temperature. If the bacon is getting too dark for your preference, pop some tin foil over the top to protect it.
5. When the internal temperature has reached 72°C, remove the joint from the oven and rest for 15 minutes before carving.

The turkey crown was exceptionally good & worth paying extra for. It was so juicy & tender. I haven't eaten turkey in many years as its always been to dry & flavourless but now I will be eaten F&F turkey every year. Highly recommend this cut as not only is it beautiful to eat it is easy to cook & slice too.
