This product has been sous-vide already by our Somerset chefs, to make it even easier and faster for you to cook at home. Sous vide is a process where a product is vacuum packed and submerged in a temperature controlled water bath until it reaches the desired level of cooking – this could be perfectly pink, just-cooked ready to finish, or ready to shred apart. These products all take less than 30 minutes for you to finish at home either in a pan or a hot oven.

Our award-winning, free-range Bronze turkey is the best you can buy. Slow-reared for at least 6 months, our turkeys are free to roam all day outdoors along hilly woodlands from 8 weeks old, ensuring they reach full maturity for top-quality taste. We only source slow-growing, heritage breed Bronze turkeys for superior welfare and flavour from small-scale farms and independent farmers who are exceptionally passionate about what they do.

This is a raw product that must be cooked. Store below 4°C. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
Our sous vide cuts are already cooked, so the joints just need warming through and crisping in the oven. We’ve created them to not take much longer than your potatoes.

Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.

1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5.
2. Remove the turkey breast from its packaging, with the butter, herbs and accoutrements. Place the turkey in a loose tin foil bowl to keep the juices close, and then pour over the other contents of the vacuum pack – this will keep the joint nice and moist.
3. Place on a preheated oven tray and put in the oven.
4. Cook for 30-35 minutes, covering the joint with silver foil if it becomes too dark.
5. Remove the turkey joint from the oven, checking that the skin is golden and crispy. Pour all the remaining turkey juices into your Christmas gravy pan.
6. Cover the joint with silver foil to keep warm, allowing to rest for 5-8 minutes before carving.
This product is only available on Christmas delivery dates between Friday 19th December and Wednesday 24th December.

Found the turkey a little tasteless and the stuffing quite sweet, but it stayed very moist with a good texture
