Job overview
We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join our team in London who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our website and ecommerce platforms. You will own both the technical support and development of the website, and will champion CRO, UX, and SEO across the business. This will include creating a seamless customer journey, driving traffic and maximising sales and conversions. This role will require an in-depth knowledge of website analytics, and customer behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing and executing ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience (UX)
• Develop website development roadmap to improve on-site functionality.
• Own ecommerce platform performance and development, including key platform and software integrations.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalogue management.
• Collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth ecommerce processes.
• Own on-site and off-site SEO strategy.
• Optimising the website for user experience.
• Support the Customer Experience team with website queries and error reports.
• Work with our web development agency to troubleshoot, identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Managing relationships with web development agency.
• Monitor and report on website performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Experience
• Experience managing ecommerce and marketing platforms and technology• Experience in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Experience in developing and implementing ecommerce strategies
• In-depth knowledge of and experience in CRO, SEO and improving UX
• Highly analytical and data-driven with proven experience with analytic tools
• Superior troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organisational skills, and detail oriented to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Strong eye for detail

Extra Information
Full time, Permanent: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm.

Competitive salary
