Our Beef Wellington is the perfect centrepiece; combining melt in the mouth West Country beef fillet with a rich and earthy mushroom duxelles and free-range chicken liver parfait encased in a glorious blanket of all butter pastry. Roast in the oven until golden and enjoy with goose fat potatoes and greens.

Produced in a environment that handles NUTS, CELERY and SOYA.

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.
2. Eggwash your pastry for a golden finish.
3. Place your Beef Wellington onto a lined baking tray and cook for 30-35 mins.
4. Slice and serve immediately.

* Timings for medium rare (our recommendation). For medium, cook for an additional 5 minutes and an additional 10-15 for well done.
