Our Piri Piri Chicken Sausages use our premium, free-range chicken and South Devon Chilli Farm's iconic spicy Piri Piri sauce. With a delicate balance between heat and flavour, their Piri Piri sauce is made using a combination of Guadalajara and habanero chillies. It's not too hot, but imparts a fruity level of spice and its great acidity ensures the marinated meat is perfectly tenderised.
