The champion of mid-week dinners! These pork loin steaks might be lean but are still incredibly juicy. The sage butter is the perfect companion for a little touch of luxury.
Preheat your oven to 180˚C. Place the steaks into an oven-proof dish and bake for 20 minutes. Leave the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve the steaks with the sage butter on top. Match with roasted butternut squash and green beans tossed in garlic and olive oil for a suitably Spring dinner.
