These delicious baby back ribs are a real treat for the weekend or your BBQ. With this all-star recipe you not only have melt-in-the-mouth meat but it's also drenched in our homemade tangy BBQ sauce. Winner!
Preheat the oven to Gas mark 2, 300˚F, 150˚C, 130˚C fan.
Remove plastic outer film and the sauce sachet. Fill a third of the foil tray with water.
Cook for 1.5 hours. Remove from oven, add sauce and cook for a further 30 minutes.
Rest for 10 minutes and serve.
