Guinea Fowl has a lovely flavour that is slightly gamey but very subtle. Guinea Fowl is a fantastic alternative to chicken during crisp winter nights.

Our whole English Guinea Fowl are sourced from Horningsham Estate, Wiltshire, and arrive deboned, with drumsticks, and filled with our winter berry stuffing, which is made of pork sausage meat, Brie, blackberries, and herbs.
