As the name suggests, this cut is from the tapered end of the fillet; the most prized part of the beef animal. It's exceptionally tasty and really great value for money if you want to enjoy the most tender beef possible (if we do say so ourselves!).
We recommend thinly slicing the cut before adding to an extra special beef stroganoff or stir-fry.
As with all our beef, this cut is 100% grass-fed and dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days, so is incredibly tender and full of intense flavour.
