Our stewing pack is a combination of cuts from the chuck, skirt and flank and comes diced so all the hard work is done for you. We love to make casseroles, stews or pies, but that's the obvious choice - why not braise it with some salsa, add a few jalapenos and you've got a party of fajitas in the making!
As with all our beef, our stewing steak is 100% grass-fed and dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days, so is incredibly tender when cooking right and full of intense flavour.

We give you complete traceability too - with every box you will receive an information card giving you the name of the farm, the breed of the animal as well as the kill and butcher date for your order.
