Cranborne is a Camembert-style soft, white, mould-ripened cheese, made using unpasteurized cow's milk and traditional animal rennet. When ripe, it has a lovely creamy texture and tastes great studded with garlic cloves. Chalke Valley Cheese was born in 2011 and produces five fantastic cheeses in collaboration with award-winning cheesemaker, James Mccall.
