Delicate in both texture and flavour, our cod fillets are certainly a popular choice. The fish is very mild in flavour with a touch of sweetness that is complimented perfectly when cooked in tomato based sauces. Why not throw together some chopped tomatoes and onions with plenty of mixed herbs and bake with the cod for 20 minutes on 200 degrees. Serve up with plenty of greens and roasted new potatoes and you can't go far wrong!

In a nutshell, our responsible methods not only make it difficult to overfish, which helps to keep the stock levels high, but also eliminates any unnecessary damage to coral, sea plants and other seafloor habitats.
