We love cockerel all year round but we really think it deserves a shining spot at the Christmas table. Farmer Stu’s flavoursome free-range Cotswold White birds are reared at Castlemead in Somerset.

With every box you’ll receive an information card giving you the name of the farm, the breed of the animal, as well as the butcher dates for your order.
