These inexpensive steaks are thick cut from a really hard working muscle so when cooked quickly can be fairly tough. We recommend slow cooking to really make them tender (guess the clue is in the title!) for that melt-in-the-mouth experience and really get the most out of their delicious flavour.
As with all our beef, these steaks are 100% grass-fed and dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days, so are incredibly tender when cooked right and full of intense flavour.
