    • Our external courier company DPD make all field&flower deliveries.
    • All orders are despatched on a next day delivery service on our stated despatch/delivery dates.
    • We deliver to most places in the mainland United Kingdom. If you are wanting to have meat delivered to one of the following locations - Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly, please contact us on 0203 735 8005 or email us at
  • Unfortunately, the following post codes are currently not covered by our courier for the next day delivery:
  • AB31 - AB56, BT, FK17 - FK21, G83, GY9, HS1 - HS9, IM, IV, JE, KA - KA27 - KA28, KW0 - KW17, PA20 - PA78, PH20 - PH25, PH27 - PH99, ZE.
  • On the morning of your delivery, DPD will send you a 1-hour delivery slot.
  • Our couriers will endeavour to deliver to your 'safe place', please make sure that this is stated in the payment process (this can be updated at any time by logging onto your account). You can also choose to have it delivered to a new 'safe place' on the morning of delivery or make a request to 'leave with neighbour', this can be done using the DPD app or by following the link in your text or email to update the driver on where to leave your box.
  • To track your delivery, follow the links in the email that DPD send you or via the mobile app. The DPD website lets you know the live location of the driver in relation to your delivery address. It can also show you the position of your order in the driver's delivery schedule. If you have your mobile number recorded, DPD will notify you when the driver is nearby.
  • There are lots of extra features when you download the DPD App. DPD will let you know when they are within 30 minutes of you. You can also share your safe place with DPD by uploading a photo of your safe place, so they can leave it wherever you choose. All goods and products are securely packaged in fully recyclable cardboard boxes, with special silver lining and packed with ice which will stay cool for up to 36 hours
  • In the vast majority of cases, your order will arrive from our butchery to your stated address within 24 hours, we will inform you if for any reason your goods are delayed. Ig they are delayed beyond the stated 36 hours or do not reach you at all, we will arrange for a full refund or replacement of goods.
  • Packaging and delivery charges are £3.95 for 'regular box' customers; all orders placed through our farm shop section of the website are subject to a flat rate delivery fee of £3.95
