• Whilst we endeavour to complete all local (North Somerset) deliveries ourselves, a national courier is used for all other deliveries.
• All orders are shipped on a next day (before 6.00 p.m) delivery on our stated dispatch/delivery dates.
• All goods and products are securely packaged in fully recyclable EPS cool boxes packed with ice which will stay cool for up to 42 hours.
• In the vast majority of cases your order will arrive from our butchery to your stated address within 24 hours, we will inform you if for any reason your goods are delayed. If they are delayed beyond the stated 42 hours or do not reach you at all we will arrange a full refund or replacement goods.
• Our couriers will require a signature in order to release the goods unless a ‘safe place’ has been stated by you or a request made to ‘leave with a neighbour’ please make sure that this is stated in the payment process.
• Delivery charges are £3.95 for ‘regular box’ customers; all orders placed through our farm shop section of the website are subject to a flat rate delivery fee of £3.95 regardless of order size.
