Welcome to field&flower!
We are located in North Somerset, deep in the Gordano Valley, a National Nature Reserve. field&flower was created in 2010 and combines over 100 years of traditional farming experience with a passion to provide superior fresh meat, with provenance, directly to your front door.
Firstly, we source premium meat from our own and other local Somerset farms. We have close relationships with our farmers which mean we can always source the very best stock. We have complete traceability right back to the fields in which the animals were raised.
Secondly, the animals travel no further than 20 miles to the abattoir, we then receive them back and hang each carcass in our state of the art cold rooms. Our beef hangs for 4 weeks on the bone, creating incredibly tender and flavoursome beef.
Thirdly, the day before we deliver your box our expert butcher trims each cut specifically to order. The kitchen team press each burger and hand ties each sausage having sourced the very freshest local ingredients to accompany them.
Lastly, we package and send out each box over night to arrive fresh on your doorstep the very next day.
