Preparation time: 5 mins Cooking time: 4-6 hours Ingredients
of grass fed beef bones
1 white onion
2 bay leaves
1 TBSP of sea salt
4 TBSP of apple cider vinegar Method
1.Wash your bones in warm water
2.Place them in a large stock pot/your biggest pot.
3.Cover the top of the bones with water.
4.Chop up your onion roughly, place in the water with the rest of the ingredients. 5.Bring to the boil then reduce to a very low simmer and allow to simmer for 4-6 hours.
6.Strain the broth through a sieve and place in containers.
7.I would divide it up and place some in the freezer for a later date.
