Our veal chops are fairly thick and come with the bone-in which really adds an abundance of flavour, it definitely helps to lock in its juices so they don't dry out. If you've never had veal before, it's quite pale in colour with the subtle flavour of mild beef (it's actually lower in fat too) and once cooked, is really tender - the chops are in fact the most tender veal cut you can choose.
All of our veal comes from 100% grass-fed cattle born and reared for their whole lives on West Country farms.
