A moist and flavoursome joint, the loin is cut from the top of the ribcage, with a nice rind of fat which makes for great crackling. The joint is boned, rolled, and stuffed with homemade apple and calvados stuffing, and is available in a range of sizes, from a 1 kg joint ideal for a Christmas day accompaniment, to a fantastic 3 kg dinner centrepiece.

With every box you’ll receive an information card giving you the name of the farm, the breed of the animal, as well as the butcher dates for your order.
