This cut is beautifully sweet and the most tender of all the lamb joints available. It's boneless too and neatly rolled and tied with a thin layer of fat to add to the flavours, so without doubt, it's oven ready for your weekend family get together.
All of our lamb is free-range and grass-fed from farmer Martin Drew at Home Farm in Somerset. Animal welfare is at the top of Martin's agenda and that's so important to us. He uses no sprays or fertilizers on his fields which means that naturally he stocks his sheep in very low densities (about 4-5 ewes per acre) so not only can they enjoy a chemical-free natural diet, but also have plenty of space to graze free.
