Our beef skewers are full of marbling and have been marinated in brown sugar, honey and soy sauce for 48 hours allowing the flavours to really infuse the meat.
As with all our beef, our skewers are 100% grass-fed and dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days before being cut, so are incredibly tender and full of intense flavour.
