The Somerset Camembert is delicate and rich with a soft edible white rind. The cheese takes on a buttery colour once the cheese has matured and the curd has softened. This aids the flavour and is best served with a fruity, light-bodied red such as Beaujolais or for a Somerset flavour, a crisp cider!
Made from pasteurised cows' milk and suitable for vegetarians.
The cheese is packaged and delivered in chilled cool boxes packed with ice. You can specify a safe place to leave the box should you not be at home at time of delivery. Store chilled in the refrigerator.
