A delicious and versatile sauce which can be used to make a beef lasagne or to finish sausage and mash. A great option as a gravy to be served with roast shoulder of lamb, topside or beef or a venison haunch joint.

Ingredients: Red Wine 11% ABV (45%) [Red Wine, Sulphur Dioxide], Mushroom (20%), Onion, Tomato Paste, Apple Juice Concentrate, Mushroom Bouillon (3%) [Salt Maltrodextrin, Yeast Extract, Palm Oil, Mushroom (7%), Cane Sugar, Onion Garlic, Mace, Pepper], Garlic Puree, Thickener; Taprioca Starch, Sunflower Oil, Porcini (0.4%), Lemon Juice, Spices.
