Rainbow Trout is a favourite at field&flower. With its tender flesh and nutty taste, trout is great when grilled, making it perfect for barbeques! It’s a versatile fish that goes with too many flavours to count, but we like it best when paired with rosemary, sage, garlic, oil, and a squeeze of lemon. Keep the skin on and grill for 6-8 minutes, until the skin is crispy.
