As part of our new sharing steaks collection, it goes without saying that the Porterhouse is the king of the T-bone steaks. It's very much the same in terms of shape but is just a larger version, cut from the larger portion of the beef animal and perfect for the two of you.
On one side is the tenderloin filet and the other is a top loin (you may have heard of all American New York Strip Steak which is the same thing).
As with all our beef, this steak is 100% grass-fed and dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days, so is unbelievably tender and full of intense flavour.
