Farmer Rob Mercer’s pigs are raised on natural and home-grown cereals, vegetables, brassicas, roots and shrubs. This delicious sausage meat stuffing is bursting with Christmas flavours. It’s great baked on its own or used to stuff your bird to keep it moist during cooking.

Top field&flower tip: To ensure that your Christmas turkey or goose is cooked as evenly as possible we recommend that you don't fill your bird with the stuffing. Instead bake it separately and wait until your meat is cooked and resting before you proceed to insert it.

Please note that our Christmas order deadline is December 18th. Christmas orders will only be available for delivery on December 21st, 22nd and 23rd. You can also order for delivery on the 30th & 31st by December 27th.

Pork (68%), Seasoning (Gluten Free Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Maize Starch, Salt, Dextrose), Potato Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Yeast Extract, Spices (White Pepper, Coriander, Nutmeg), Emulsifier (E451(I)), Preservative (E221)(Sulphites), Herb (Sage), Spice Extracts, Antioxidant (E300), Water, Clementines (5%), Cranberries (5%).
