This stuffing is made with free-range sausage meat and is ideal if you fancy a change from the traditional sage and onion with your Christmas bird this year. A savoury herb flavour with sweet notes of apricot fruits, it pairs perfectly with turkey, goose, chicken, and game.

Top field&flower tip: To ensure that your Christmas turkey or goose is cooked as evenly as possible we recommend that you don't fill your bird with the stuffing. Instead bake it separately and wait until your meat is cooked and resting before you proceed to insert it.
