As you can probably guess, their title derives from the time they take to cook and you really don't need a moment longer; just a flash 30 seconds each side on a piping hot griddle pan and you're done. The term 'minute' is fairly generic and refers to any thinly cut piece of beef, but just so you know, ours are taken from the rump and top-rump of the animal.
As with all our beef, these steaks are 100% grass-fed and dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days so are incredibly tender and full of intense flavour.
