Our friends at The Bay Tree have created the perfect mint sauce to go with your roast lamb. This mint sauce is made from mint, vinegar, and sugar and will add just a touch of sweetness to your lamb or mutton. Unlike mint jelly, mint sauce has a thin texture.

The Mint Sauce can be ordered now through the farm shop or your regular box, but won't be available for delivery before Wednesday 16th December.
