Why have one when you can have all three?
To oven cook: Remove plastic outer film. Preheat the oven to Gas mark 4, 350˚F, 180˚C, 160˚C fan. Cook for 20 minutes. Cook product in foil tray. Ensure juices run clear before serving.
To BBQ: Place the wings on the BBQ and turn regularly for 20 minutes or until the juices run clear.
All of our chicken is free-range and comes from farmer Stuart at Castlemead in Somerset. We work with Stuart because he only produces chickens that have enjoyed a full and active life, providing the absolute best welfare practice for his birds, whilst also imposing minimal impact on the environment. The result is absolutely sensational; melt in the mouth chicken packed full of rich flavour.

We give you complete traceability too - with every box you will receive an information card giving you the name of the farm, the breed of the animal as well as the kill and butcher date for your order.
