Our smoked salmon is from the award-winning farmers at Loch Duart, just off the stunning North West coast of Scotland.
The exceptional welfare standards used at Loch Duart are so important to us; they are one of only two salmon farms accredited with the RSPCA Freedom Foods Logo, so not only do you have complete traceability, you are also assured that your fish has been reared in the most ethical and environmentally responsible way.
Once the salmon have been caught, they're then brought to us to be dry-cured in salt and dark brown sugar before being taken to an old brick kiln smokehouse in the Somerset Levels. This is where they're smoked in small batches over oak chippings in a traditional and slow fashion ensuring the highest quality of smoking.
We promise you, it really is an exceptional end product that you won't be able to find in the supermarket - even the Dorchester Hotel are serving it!

Please note that for Christmas, our salmon can be ordered up until the 18th of December, but will only be ready for delivery on Wednesday, December 21st. We can deliver your Christmas order all the way up until midday on the 23rd.
All of our meat arrives fresh, in temperature-controlled, 100% recyclable cool boxes that keep your items chilled for at least 36 hours. We give you complete traceability, too - with every box you will receive an information card giving you the name of the farm, the breed of the animal, as well as the kill and butcher date for your order.
