Our chops are left on the bone for maximum and intensified flavour, and after much trial and tribulation we reckon they're best served slightly pink which means not very long at all in the oven - about 10 minutes at 200C and you're good to go. These loin cuts are our smallest lamb chops so if you're after something a bit bigger we recommend trying our Barnsley chops which are twice the size.
All of our lamb is free-range and grass-fed from the West Country. Animal welfare is at the top of our agenda. We use no sprays or fertilizers on our fields which means that we naturally stock our sheep in very low densities (about 4-5 ewes per acre) so not only can they enjoy a chemical-free natural diet, but also have plenty of space to graze free.
