Spice up your dinner with our piri-piri chicken which comes ready straight for the oven. We’ve prepared the chicken with a medium piri-piri rub which is prepared in an oven ready bag.
Ready to cook.
Do not remove any packaging.
Preheat the oven to Gas mark 4, 350˚F, 180˚C, 160˚C fan.
Cook the chicken for 20 minutes per lb (450g). Ensure juices run clear before serving.
To crisp up the skin, cut open the bag (carefully!) and roast uncovered for an extra 5-10 minutes (alternatively you can do this on the BBQ too). Leave to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with a fresh green salad, chips and corn on the cob.
