Perfect for a lighter lunch on Boxing Day, especially if you've over-indulged a bit much on Christmas Day! Don't worry, we fully expect to be guilty of that, too...
Top tip: If you plan to freeze the smoked trout we recommend removing not only the bones but the skin as well. You should keep only the meat of the smoked trout to freeze.
