The pheasants are sourced from Horningsham Estate, Wiltshire and are delivered whole, deboned, and filled with our winterberry stuffing made of pork sausage meat, brie, blackberries, and complementing herbs.

With every box you’ll receive an information card giving you the name of the farm, the breed of the animal, as well as the butcher dates for your order.
