Farmer Stu’s free-range ducks from Castlemead Farm in Somerset, are fed on a natural diet of home-grown cereals, shrubs, insects and grass. All this grub makes for a delicious bird with plenty of meat left over for boxing day. Our Alice recommends roasting them with aromatic and warming spices like cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Add clementines and honey for the ultimate Christmas feast.
