Beef Short Ribs in a Smokey Glaze

These ribs are made for slow cooking. Tender, falling off the bone meat in a sweet and smokey glaze. Perfect for weekend feasts and dinner parties.

Cooking instructions:
Preheat the oven to Gas mark 4, 180˚C, 150˚C fan.
Remove plastic outer film and the sauce sachet.
Take the product out of the vacuum bag and place in foil tray provided.
Put the tray into the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, add the sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Serve in soft tortillas or tacos or stack on top nachos with guacamole, sour cream and fresh salsa for a Mexican inspired affair.
