These beef and chorizo burgers are an exquisite addition to our ever growing burger range, we can't quite decide whether these are our favourite or not! The ground chorizo adds a unique spicy heat and its juices help to keep the burgers incredibly tender when cooking on the BBQ or griddle. In a word UNFORGETTABLE.
As with all our beef, these burgers are 100% grass-fed and dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days before being made, so are incredibly tender and full of intense flavour.
