Made with traditional starter cultures, West Country milk and using age-old methods, Barber’s Farmhouse Mature Cheddar has PDO status (Protected Designation of Origin). Typically matured for up to 12 months, it’s less intense than the 1833 vintage Cheddar but still full of flavour and character. The Barber family have been farming and producing high quality Cheddar cheese in Somerset since 1833.
